As a Residential Renovation Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming clients’ visions into reality. You will work closely with project managers, designers and subcontractors, to deliver high-quality renovation services. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
 

Full time: Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm 

Strong Knowledge of:

· Framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, and cabinetry installation.

· Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project requirements.

· Finish carpentry (e.g., trim, molding, baseboards)

· Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials according to specifications. 

· Install windows, doors, trim, and other finishing details.

Ability to:

· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans.

· Operate hand tools and power tools safely

· Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

· Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

· Follow project timelines and ensure the completion of tasks within agreed deadlines.

· Ensure all work meets or exceeds building codes and safety standards.

· Stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces

· Work in various weather conditions

· Proficiency with hand and power tools, including saws, drills, levels, and measuring devices.

· Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

· Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

· Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

· Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving project needs.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in residential renovation or a related field.

· Follow project timelines and ensure the completion of tasks within agreed deadlines.

· Problem-solving skills (especially in renovation work where surprises are common).

· Good communication skills (especially for customer-facing roles).

· Competitive hourly wage or salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
